instructors – Payment of salary – Instructions – issued.

1) The attention of all CEOs and DPCs is drawn to para 3.2 of
G.O cited, wherein guidelines have been issued regarding :
·
Claiming of salary to Part – time Instructors with reference to
the working hours,
·
Fund transfer and
·
The duties of the drawing and disbursing officer namely of the
Headmaster
2) Based on the guidelines, the following instructions are
issued:
The working hours should be ½ working day in 3 days per week either from 09.30 a.m to 12.30
p.m or from 02.00 p.m to 05.00 p.m to be fixed by Head of the Institution and a
time table should be formed and given to them.

They should not claim to
work for more than 3 half days in a week to account for full month salary
·
They should work for all the 4 weeks in a month (1/2 working day for 3 days)
·
They are not permitted to work for full day, treating such full
day as 2 days
·
No part time instructors should be allowed to work continuously
for 12 days and treat the same as one month.
·
Proportionate salary is to be deducted for the days of absence from
duty
·
Amount for salary is to be released directly by DPC to VEC
account
·
Headmaster of the concerned school is to draw the salary from
VEC account and pay the salary to them after getting proper acquittance.
A profile / personnel file is to be
maintained for each Part Time Instructor by the Head Master as given in the G.O
If any deviation is brought to notice,
severe action will be taken against all concerned.
The letter should be acknowledged by next
post.
